Course description: Giving presentations today becomes a vital skill for students to succeed not only in university but also at work in the future. However, this may be seen as a nerve-racking task, especially when presented in a foreign language. This course provides the students with the knowledge and skills needed to deliver effective presentations. To do this, the course covers many aspects of giving presentation: preparing and planning, using the appropriate language, applying effective visual aids, building up confidence, performing body language, dealing with questions and responding, etc.
