WORK EXPERIENCE AND RESEARCH INTERESTS

Mr. Thinh is acting as vice-dean of the School of Languages, International University – VNU HCMC, head of the Testing board and head of the TESOL division. He received his Master of Arts in TESOL from the University of Canberra, Australia. He has more than 20 years’ experience in teaching general and academic English, ESP, international test preparation (TOEIC, TOEFL iBT, IELTS), public speaking, Critical Thinking and TESOL courses, and more than 15 years’ experience in the role of course/ program designer and developer, test center head and academic trainer and manager. His current research interests include applied methodologies, autonomy development and TELL.
